Sales Managers and Sales Directors

Job Description

Reporting directly to the VP Marketing and Business Development, the Sales Director is accountable for business and account development, and client relationships. Goal is to drive the Marketing Delivery Platform penetration.

Responsibilities:
- Selling to major service providers with a high degree of independence
- Developing innovative programs to influence sales opportunities
- Design, implement and execute sales plan in assigned territory

- Meeting quarterly revenue targets while maximizing customer satisfaction

- Articulate Pontis vision, strategy, products and services to customers and prospects

- Engage and manage agents and distributers

Requirements:
- Telecom & Cable experience an advantage
- Software sales an advantage

- Over 8 years of experience

Pre-Sale Manager
Job description
The Pre-Sale Manager works closely with the sales and business development teams, leading a variety of sales activities and managing ongoing sales documentation.

Responsibilities:

- Actively participate in Pontis sales activities with the sales team

- Lead sales activities such as functional scoping, technical integration and business-case analysis

- Management of tender processes including composition of RFPs and RFIs

- Composition of sales & marketing tools such as product descriptions, presentations, and price lists

Requirements:

- 3 years of relevant experience in participating is selling software solutions to Telco’s

- The position includes frequent flights abroad

- High level of commitment

- MBA an advantage

Consumer Marketing Consultant
Job description:
The Consumer Marketing Team works closely with marketing managers of strategic Telecom companies worldwide, leveraging Pontis’ integrated system capabilities to improve customer's business results.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining customer’s strategic goals and business opportunities
- Translate the goals and objectives into an actionable marketing short term and long term plan
- Execute marketing promotions to maximize customer’s business results
- Analyze marketing activities' results and find insights to refine and improve future promotions
- Train customer’s marketing team on how to use the Pontis system in an optimal way
- Enrich customer’s targeted marketing knowledge
- Bring out new methodologies and ideas for targeted marketing, segmentation pricing and communications
- Establish long-term relationship with customer’s marketing team

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- MBA an advantage

- 2-4 years experience as a product marketing manager / marketing manager in Telecom companies

- Strong analytical skills - experience and knowledge of data driven marketing, BI and business analysis – a must
- Experience and board knowledge of marketing elements (product pricing, segmentation, promotion)
- Good knowledge of Mobile / Cable / Internet / VoIP environment an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously, creativity, initiative, strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Strong customer relations skills
- Fluency in English

SQL Server DBA

Job description:

An integral part of the DBA team, the SQL Server DBA, is responsible for supporting and maintaining real-time mission critical and decision support databases as well as design and development of new modules and features.

Responsibilities:

- Installation, configuration and upgrading of MS SQL server software and related products
- Responsible for the design, creation, and structural integrity of all MS SQL Server databases (Production/Testing(

- Define data backup procedures
- Monitors performance and capacity for all database servers

- Perform database tuning

- Technical troubleshooting

- Plan growth and changes (capacity planning(

- Evaluate MS SQL Server features and MS SQL Server related products

- Assist developers in optimizing the performance of their queries

Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of four (4) years or more of hands-on experience with MS SQL Server Database Administration

- A thorough understanding of relational databases and SQL

- A thorough understanding of database backup concepts and procedures

- A thorough understanding of Microsoft Operating System - Server 2003

- Experience with MS SQL Integration Services

- Experience with MS SQL Server 2005 Clustering architecture

- Experience with Transact SQL language programming

- Experience with Oracle – a plus

2-5 years experience

OOA ability and experience
