Pontis' professional services team ensures the successful implementation of the Marketing Delivery Platform in your unique environment.
Working closely with our Marketing Support group, our professional services team includes experienced developers, testers, and system administrators. 
 
Each team is led by a dedicate project manager, and can provide work independently or in unison with system integrator partners.
 
Pre-Launch Services
  • Solution scoping,  planning, and design.
  • MDP™ setup and configuration.
  • Integration with customer backend systems.
  • Testing, roll-out & stabilization.
  • Training – training courses for MDP™ users, including Operational course and Customization course for developers.
  • Hardware and 3rd party software planning and purchase (optional, for managed services  engagement).
 
Post-Launch Services

(Offered as part of a managed services engagement).

  • Product configuration and adjustment of business parameters.
  • Technical operation – Process monitoring, database maintenance & backup, and on-going system tuning.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting – detection, investigation & resolution of system faults, and periodic software upgrades.
  • System administration – MDP™ maintenance and monitoring of connectivity, memory, disk-space, etc.
