Udi Ziv, CEO
Udi joined Pontis in 2012. Prior to joining Pontis, Udi served as President, Enterprise Group at Nice Systems. Earlier, Udi held several senior executive positions with SAP AG, including General Manager of SAP Small Business Solutions, Managing Director of SAP Labs Israel and VP R&D of the SAP Portal product. Udi holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Michael Kerbis, Founder & CTO
Before founding Pontis, Michael was the President of the Messaging Product Division at Comverse. Prior to that, Michael was VP R&D at Comverse, in charge of Infinity, Comverse’s main product. Michael holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, Magna Cum Laude.
Ronit Maor, CFO
Before joining Pontis, Ronit was VP Corporate Development at modu, an Israeli start-up designing unique cellular phones. Prior to that, Ronit served for 10 years as CFO of msystems (traded on Nsadaq) – inventors of USB flash drives, until the company was sold to SanDisk. Ronit holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University.
Isaac Tibi, VP Sales
Prior to joining Pontis, Isaac held various roles in the Telco industry. In his last position, Issac was a CBE in Amdocs Inc. Prior to that he was at TTI Telecom Inc based in New-Jersey, following his position as a Regional Director at ECI Telecom where he worked for the South East APAC and Europe region sales team. Issac holds an MBA from Wharton Philadelphia and the Tel Aviv International School of Business Management, and an Engineering degree in Information System.
Yair Brosh, VP Customer Management
Yair heads the Pontis accounts executive group who are responsible for the customers’ business and well being. Yair has over 20 years of Telco experience, with a technical background and customer management experience. Yair came to Pontis from Amdocs, where he was VP Customer Business Executive. Prior to Amdocs, Yair was heading R&D, delivery, operation activates in Software development and Network roles. Yair holds a B.S.c – Industrial Management Engineering/ Information Technology Systems from Ben-Gurion University, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Ofer Razon, VP Products
Ofer joined Pontis in 2013, bringing with him more than 10 years of experience in product management, marketing and strategy.
As the VP of Products Ofer is responsible to shape Pontis vision and strategy, then to translate these into actual products and go-to-market activities.
Prior to joining Pontis Ofer was the VP of Portfolio Management for the Enterprise division of NICE Systems. Previously he worked at Comverse Network Systems, leading the product management and marketing for the Value Added Services division, working closely with the Telecom eco-system globally.
Ofer hold a B.Sc. in Science from the Open University.
Itamar Altalef, VP Marketing Consulting & Operations
Itamar arrives to Pontis with over 10 years of marketing experience in the Telco industry. In his last role at Pelephone Communications, Itamar was the subscriber base manager of the post- and pre-paid private market with responsibilities over marketing strategies, subscriber acquisition, retention programs and P&L. Itamar holds a B.A degree in Economics from The Hebrew University, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Yaniv Zilberman, VP Professional Services
Yaniv heads the PS group responsible for Delivery, Services, Operations and Support. Prior to Pontis Yaniv headed the PS Operations in LivePerson (NASDAQ/TASE: LPSN), a world leader in online engagement. Prior to LivePerson Yaniv held several leading roles in SAP Labs Israel (NASDAQ/FWB: SAP) in Delivery, Product and R&D groups. Yaniv holds a BB in Marketing and System Analysis from the Collage of Management in TLV, Israel and MSc. in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnic University in NYC, USA.
Atzmon Hen-Tov, VP R&D
As VP R&D, Atzmon is leading the architecture design and the development of Pontis’ unique Executable Modeling technology, ModelTalk™, from its inception. The technology gained attention from academy and industry gurus and has been published in several research papers, international conferences and the IEEE-Software magazine.
Atzmon joined Pontis in 2004 from Comverse, where he held senior R&D positions and led the company’s next-generation product. Earlier, Atzmon ran his own software development company as Co-Founder and CTO.
Orit Goren, VP HR
Prior to joining Pontis, Orit served as VP, Human Capital at SolarEdge and as VP, HR at Voltaire, acquired by Mellanox Technologies. Earlier in her career, Orit served as Human Resources Business Partner at Intel Israel Ltd. Before that, Orit served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force in a variety of Human Resources roles.Ms. Goren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Tel Aviv University and a Masters of Science in professional communication from Clark University
